Taking a look at the average stats from the last two days

I’ve been skipping topics because I have a bunch of random things to fix or add to. The stories have varied a bit from the usual as I write about Google and some packet analytics and not AWS which I wrote a lot more about in the past and which I hope to return to shortly.
Yesterday I found myself with 1400 views and 420 reads for a reading rate of 30%.
I really wish Medium would show the exact or closer stats and a lot more detail. Was it 1401 or 1499? Just curious.
Anyway, today I have 896 views and 295 reads so far. That’s pretty low, but it’s Friday and it’s before a holiday for some of us: St. Patrick’s Day. Savannah, Georgia has the fourth largest St. Patrick’s Day parade in the United States and this year it could be extremely crazy because it’s the 200th anniversary. We have a guest coming to town, which is why I’m cutting it short today, part of it.
So far: Views: 896, Reads: 295, Play rate: 33%
