On November 9, 2023, the Department of Homeland Security designated Bolivia as an eligible country (link) to participate in both the H-2A (“H2A”) (see category) and H-2B (“H2B”) (see category) non-immigrant visa programs. This means that Bolivian nationals are now eligible for H2A Temporary Agricultural Visa applications and H2B Temporary Non-Agricultural Worker Visa applications.
