Details of the Express Entry draw held on September 26, 2023
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) invited 500 candidates to the Express Entry draw by French language proficiency category.
On September 27, IRCC invited 500 candidates to apply for permanent residence. The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) cut-off score has been set at 472 for the draw.
