Eligibility conditions for the targeted Express Entry draw in 2023
IRCC has finalized new category selection criteria for Express Entry draws, based on labor market projections and consultations with various stakeholders, including provincial and territorial governments. The new criteria include:

- Skilled trades
- Transportation occupations (including truck drivers)
